I CANNOT BEGIN TO EXPLAIN HOW AMAZING THIS PLACE IS!!! Had dinner here with my family tonight, and WOW. (PS I wish i took more photos) Our waitress, Yami, was an absolute ANGEL she was so sweet, on top of everything with the biggest smile on her face, seriously went above and beyond to make our night perfect. The food??? INSANE. The (white sauce) mussels & escargot were literally the best I’ve had in my entire life. Like... I will be dreaming about them. The Tuesday sea bass? Easily a 10/10. Melted in my mouth, perfectly cooked, just chef’s kiss along with the crab legs. And don’t even get me started on the espresso martinis... I order them anytime i get the chance & this was easily top 3 of all time. Perfectly smooth, perfectly strong, just perfect. If you haven’t been to Bimini Twist yet, run, don’t walk. Already planning my next trip out here!! I wish i was being dramatic.

This is probably the 5thvtimevuve eaten here. I drive down from Orlando to visit friends and we always make reservations for dinner. The atmosphere is excellent, the wait staff impeccable and the food is outrageously good.

My husband and I love dining at this place for our anniversary. The food is excellent. We enjoy it every time. The service is always excellent. We usually order an appetizer, entrees, and a dessert to go. We ordered the large calamari to take some home to the kids. I had the fish of the day, and my husband had a mixed seafood dish, which turned out to be a huge soup. We had no idea. I kind of wish there were pictures on the menu, but he ended up loving it. Everything was truly delicious. I ordered the bananas foster cheesecake (dessert of the day) to go and ate it the next day. It was yummy. We will continue to visit this restaurant. Regarding the atmosphere, it's always packed and loud.

To celebrate my wife and I anniversary I selected this restaurant due to its location, great reviews, and ambiance. It did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived we were taken care of by our waiter and other staff members. We started with Bang Bimini Shrimp as an appetizer. The shrimp was large and delicious. We ordered two drinks and they were on point. For the entree I order NY Strip with the lobster special and my wife ordered the Salmon. Everything was perfect! Steak was a 10, lobster was a 10, salmon was a 10. The restaurant even provided a dessert for our anniversary which was very nice. I will definitely return to try more items on the menu. This may be the best restaurant in West Palm Beach if you ask me. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

We were 4 couples celebrating a birthday and looking for a more upscale restaurant, but we went to Bimini Twist on the recommendation of one of the couples. We had a very pleasant surprise. While not fancy, the food was delicious from appetizers to dessert. They had a good selection, and we tried a variety of items. Our server Hadley was sweet and very accommodating. The place was very busy but she took very good care of us. The restaurant adds 20% gratuity on parties of 6 or more, but she deserved more, so we all added to the tip. We will go again.

Best meal I’ve had all year , when I tell you that was the most delectable lobster tail I have ever had. Perfectly cooked , so juicy so flavorful. The mashed potato were a great consistency. The pasta & shrimp were so buttery and flavorful. Oh and the ribs were fall off the bone , each bite was like heaven. 10/10 . If you come here try the lobster please.

An absolute must restaurant. We all thoroughly enjoyed service by Connor and greater by the lovely GM Cheryl. Pork chop was the hit of the night. My husband is still talking about it. Other pics is the buffalo chicken sandwich and the steak tips. Incredible evening and already trying to figure when we are going back!!
